From a purist standpoint no. But think about being a non-bmw owning casual observer as this thing passed you on the road. I would rock it for shock factor blasting around town but would not take it to any bmw meets.

well..... im not sure. i kind of like it and kind of hate it. :S i want to call it an abomination, but they didnt do that bad of a job.

my biggest issue is that now the interior does not match the exterior. definitely needs an m88/s38 to pull off these shenanigans.

This car is so hot, potentially a game changer for me. My goal has been to get into a LSx/T56 powered E31 at some point, but now that may have changed to wanting that same powertrain in an E9. So potentially bad ass! This car comes close, but fails hard in the grille and those hideous vents on the hood...not a huge fan of the bumper, either...but damn, I can see something stellar here!
