    have you evre seen a fill n drill wheel fail?

    I was gonna post this in the wheel section but this just felt right

    It almost seem like legend, wheels are filled, welded and redrilled;
    obviously they are weakened and "you shoudnt track them"
    yet I never hear about them failing although I did see a miata on you tube now that i think of it...discuss?

                            Here is what I found when I removed the wheel cover on the 87 325e I just purchased...



                            I'm replacing them anyway but are they safe? I won't re-sell them if they are not safe.

                              for some reason i kinda doubt that those wheels on that RX-7 failed because of a fill-n-drill , there is no way every single one of his wheels would come off at the same time, something else wasn't right there
