and gotten burned...

After I ordered a set of fog light lenses, then hearing how a lot of you got ripped off by them, I decided to contact the US distributor of their lenses to see what he had to say. He told me he hasn't had any trouble with them in the past, and that he would forward my e-mail to them. I was like alright, I will probably never hear back from either of them again. Well, I got an e-mail from Mr Lens this morning:

Good Evening,

I was quite upset when one of my distributors forwarded me this e-mail.
Please can you send me your detail so I can investigate.
Please if you know all the other people please can you ask them to contact me personaly mullerg@global.co.za Please send me your tel. no so I could phone you as well.

Where did you get your lenses from? website or ebay? Was it the US distributor of Mr. Lens?

I bought them from the web site in Africa, I'd say eBay is your best bet though.

whats the site? and why didn't you like dealing with them? Just because of the long shipping times?

I've just heard bad things from a lot of people that "tried" to buy from them. They never got their lenses. I ordered mine over a month ago. www.mrlens.com
