yea, i mean, it's not like you're working on your car or something. oh wait...
Well, if it makes anyone feel a little more high and mighty, when I replaced the driveshaft and flexdisc with Jordan before, he used the same nuts, and didn't torque them down to specs.
You guys make it sound like you've always known exactly how to do everything there is on the car. It's not like I'm blaming anyone, I just made a mistake.
dude i'm not a genius shit i don't even own a torque wrench i borrow but whenever you do a job you should research it and i forget what i was talking about. at least nothing bad happened, i've had worse shit blow up, volvo trans boohoo

You're right. I thought it was the tranny at first, I was PISSED.
Thank god I've got the Bentley now. Most kick ass Christmas present EVAR.
my disappeared post basically meant it's funny to have one mod whine about people being mean for him not knowing to do something the right way, the first time, and then another mod making fun of another poster for not being well informed.
super.
look, Josh. you can bitch all you want, but you were the PWNED by not already having a Bentley. You should have bought one when you bought your first E30. You're not exactly new to the game. We expect better from you. And not re-using self-locking nylon nuts could be on the same playing field as not torque-ing down their lugnuts.
w00h00. fuck it. lesson learned. Joshie-Poo knows not to re-use them and has a Bentley, finally. everyone is happy and cool
