I don't think it is hugely overpriced but silver is a bummer of a color for the M3.

For that price I rather buy this 2006 BMW M5 Dinan Black Sapphire Metallic at a local hollywood jeep dealer, and a real Dinan' only 89k miles for $24

I'm confused, how is 25k over price for a 78000 mile m3. To me it seems like it right on the money.

25k would be a CA/AZ car that is lightly refreshed. not some rust state M3

What's your point? Just because you can buy a much "better" car for the money doesn't mean than an e30 m3 is overpriced or not a good buy.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

I was agreeing with the guys that the car is over priced. Now lets use some crittical thinking here. Regular m3 12k,low miles to mint 20k. Why 25k? perhaps the owner never seen another in his neck of the woods

Note: I never said the M5 was better, you did.. But I must agree with you, it is.

point is I feel its over priced, for the price we all expect a mint or modyfied e30 m3 or perhaps we poor guys are bummed out the value is actually going to far up to ever afford..

I feel like for that amount of miles, on this coast, in that condition, especially in N.E. its not a bad price

Ahhhh there it is. Looks alright. Price seems okay for the mileage and it probably wasn't driven in the winter. Who knows...it could be worth 25K to someone. He needs much better pictures though. I've seen many "overpriced" E30 M3's sell for asking or slightly less than asking price. If you had something rare, wouldn't you ask for a higher rather than lower price? Afterall, you can always lower it.

I agree with the comment about the valve cover. For full asking price, I would expect the car to need nothing but cars this old, even low mileage as this one, still need a few things here and there. Some are major and some are minor.

The original owner is a CT chapter member, From what I remember it's on consignment. I have seen the car at a few chapter events wasn't bad.
