Looks great, but perhaps there could be an option to go back to the old site? Like others I'm just interested in the 'used parts'!

                    this.

Full disclosure, we are looking at locking the used items for loyal customers only as good parts are getting harder and harder to find.

So you're making it harder for me by taking all the hard to find parts and then saying that only if I bought from you in the past will you let me give my money to you?

Great looking site and I'll definitely be using her in the future! Congrats on the business and what you guys represent for our community. Danke!

thats one way of looking at it. here is another way, we want to look after the people that have been and are loyal to us going forward. this does not go to just past orders. still trying to figure out a way to do it...

Thanks again to all the well wishers via posting here, the emails, on fb and phone calls, really humbling to hear all the support.

I just had to have that conversation with one of my customers. Yes, businesses allocate special things to people who support them. Why wouldn't you reward your loyal customers? I'd be a little ticked if I had built a relationship with a vendor over many years (and dollars!), and some new guy walked in who'd never bought anything and snagged some rare part I'd been looking for...wouldn't you?

How about instead, just offering a discount to your loyal customers for those rare parts, (or just charge more for your non-repeat customer base, however you want to look at it)?

I've never placed an order through you (no particular reason, besides possibly the lack of the website that you now have), but I looked through your wheels, seats, steering wheels, and some of those other pages every few days waiting for the right parts to pop up and pull the trigger.

But, I do understand your reasoning.
