More info- She called me told more about it. new radiator, rack and pinion, shes replacing the bad strut. She said it runs great. She said shes looking for around $2000. Thinking bout going with $1500 and see if she takes it?

That is a good deal, but you might want to have another shop look at it before pulling the trigger. You can arrange a inspection and pay for it then have her drop it off and pick it up, then both of you can agree on a price and sale.. Ive done this before for a super anal buyer and everything worked out great! Goodluck, again seams like a good price if there is some damage to the strut and not structural..
