It's not exactly a car build thread but, I admit I am a BMW E30 guy and a Porsche guy and one of the best threads I have ever read on an internet car forum was this one on Rennlist a few years ago when we found a very odd add for a 993 convertible being sold on Ebay by the wife in Deer Park, NY. The thread gets beyond better when the seller finds out that folks are talking about the car on Rennlist and the fireworks are just awesome.
