at first, i was like....pics where? then i looked at the three you have in the original post.

those pics really aren't very good but from what i can see the car looks like its worth 3k to me.
did es's come with bottle caps? i didn't think so.
lots of times if you can get to the back of a dent, you can just push it out one way or another. i have done my own shade tree body work on lots of e30's i have owned and so far, the results have always been much better than the car was to begin with. especially if the paint is original. if it is a repaint it can crack this way. also. the front valance is really easy to straighten. just take off the bumper, take off the valance, tap on in from behind with a hammer/ step on it a little here and there, etc to slowly work out the dents/deformities.
