Eurotrip... in an E30... TOURING! Very fortunate indeed. Good show, Sir, good show. Fun pics too.
Will she be available for attendance to the E30 Picnic this year?
You making it out to Chateau D'Clay's Kaffeehaus for Bimmerfest? DO IT!
I just joined the official jealous team.

Day (I've lost count)
We left the hotel in Italy and drove over to Ferrari, They had a fantastic museum and plenty of things to drool over
The 250 GTO was by far my favorite car there, simply amazing
The F1 Room
I took quite a few photos there, but I have not really gone through my SLR stuff so to keep this thread going I wanted to post up my cellphone pictures.
After Ferrari we grabbed lunch before we hit Lamborghini. Car is still running like a champ
We had to park down the street at Lamborghini, so no fancy photos of the Touring near it.
Love or hate them, they are somewhat cool (LM002)
Such an awesome car in person
New owners being shown the new toy
After Lamborghini we hopped on the road and started heading south to Portofino
Through several mountain ranges, and tunnels
We decided to stop in Santa Margarite, a small town north of Portofino as that was where we found a hotel
View from the balcony
Walking around on the boardwalk
Day shot from the hotel
After that we drove down to Portofino on some of the best roads I have driven in my life (even better than the alps) (Expect GoPro of that later on)
View from the top of Portofino
From our lunch stop
After that we hopped back into the touring and headed for Monaco.
Once we arrived we saw several nifty things
914-2.0L Gulf Themed car
The yaghts in the harbor were..nuts..insane..etc?
View of the city
Racing is big in Monaco
Anyone who watches Formula 1 knows this tunnel, where the cars are going full throttle.. I cannot imagine how LOUD this tunnel is during the race
(it was already loud with regular traffic)
After leaving Monaco we checked into the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Called the Hotel Lemon in southern france, it was 30 bucks USD, had jizz stains on the carpet, smelled like cigarettes, and overall was
trash.. I swear I felt stuff crawling on me throughout the night.. Oh and
the pillow was yellow
After that we started driving north to Paris. 7 hours of this...
and this
Nicer hotel this time
For the hell of it, we decided to go to Disneyland Paris.. I mean why the hell not?
They had Pirates
And the Haunted Mansion
One of my favorite rides at Disneyland California was Star Tours (which
the removed) Paris still had it!
View of the Hotel while we were leaving Disneyland
Of course we drove the touring there
At this point the plan was to hit Paris and head over the UK, however due to Ferry / Tunnel prices (which were insane for day of bookings) we decided to can that and head to the Nurburgring early.
However first we hit the Eiffel Tower. This about sums it up
After having a heart attack driving in central paris (French folks are insane, and the roads are awful, no lane markers in areas, and 7 cars wide.. yeah its a racetrack)
After leaving Paris we drove to Nurburg..
Crossing the Lux - German boarder, Two of favorite signs, no speed limit and welcome to germany signs!
More on this tomorrow

Oh yes, the Ferrari museum! My Mecca. When I was there ten years ago, you could hear the F1 testing all day long...
And I loved driving in Italy, even though I was in a Fiat Punto rental.
You're gonna need a vacation after this trip.
