Glad I found my $180 near-pristine M3 rear seat a couple years ago, as now they're much harder to find and twice the price. Nice option here though.

And as for the seat belt thing--I just removed 'em. Nobody rides in back of my car.

I got mine for free. Friend wanted an armrest rear seat and I gladly agreed.

And also the upholstery shop said they will turn any sport seat into an M3 seat. Just the stitching and material needs to change or just go vinyl even. Your choice.
