He's probably speaking the truth... People are on crack with some of the prices they ask.

Frankly it's hard to believe this guy would price his own car reasonably by his own definition given the current ridiculous market.

shizit. anyone that looks on craigslist houston right now can find pretty close to a dozen e30's priced at around the 2500 dollar mark and less. hell, i even have one for sale at that price. these cars are still cheap here.

ya know, this actually reminds me of a member here named badclown. i was selling a 2.93 lsd in the for sale section for 225.00 or 250.00. this guy sends me a pm asking if i will take 150 shipped for it. of course he lived somewhere in the eastern sea board. he then proceeds to tell me how my part is priced way too high and that i am a douche for asking that much, etc etc....... about a month later, i see he has his car posted in the fs section and is selling his m50 swapped bronzit coupe for 13,000 dollars! i laughed my ass off.

Diffs are ridiculously priced. Shit, everyone wants like $400 for a 3.25LSD. Used to be able to nab these all day for $150.

Shiiii....now that I need one everyone is insane. Even just a LSD unit people want like $400, and I'd still have to put the damn diff together.

I guess I'm just living back in 2010 when you could still get an alright e30 5/sp for $500, slap a timing belt and valve cover gasket on it and DD it with no problems.

Prolly some POS ragged out junk, the fool wants a mint for it because he goolged E30 BMW, and found some forums where some "nicer" cars were selling in the 4K range, this dude went and looked at it and was beside himself,

I bought my running, driving '87 325is for $200. In 2007. I really hopped on that bandwagon at the right time!
