Supra engine in M3. Blasphemy or genius.

Its not a Supra, its not a toyota, they have created a worthless bastard of a car. They'd be onto something if they put the mega Supra motor back in the Supra, and stuck a turbo S14 back in the M3.

^^ I agree with this POV. E30 M3's are legendary cars, and this swap is sacrilegious. But, dear Mother of God, that thing is insanely fast with the Supra engine - how long till he crashes it? The video gets good at 2:45. Let's just hope the swap is completely reversible, and this guy has a fresh S14 sitting in a crate in the garage.

After seeing e30 pickup cars? I think majority of you think this is okay. I hate the fact there is an s14 somewhere out, when it could be in my driveway. My only complaints are trivial. The true die hard speaks truth but with over 500 hp no argument can really hold much ground.

Ehh, I'm in the gray area when it comes to swaps being that one of my dream cars is a turbo F20 powered 2002 (catuned style) however I can agree with will on the point that a E30M3 is just getting more and more rare and shouldn't be messed with.

P.S. I believe the S38B36 should have gone in to E30M3's but for race, weight, and balance purposes I understand the 2.3 four cylinder.

People can and should do whatever they feel like doing to their cars, some of you guys can purchase your own m3 garage queen it, caress it and make love to it if you like. But you cant take it to the grave. I say do what the f**k you like to do with it and have fun.

I'm sure the owner has a good reason why he or she did it. Most likely the supra parts can be had way cheaper and much easier to make such ridiculous power. And of coarse no "point" in destroying an already hard to find expensively rare s14 engine.
