Oh really? How come I dont have "a guy" to pass my smog? Maybe NorCal is different. You do know that cheating on smog is practically impossible as the smog machines report back to DMV automatically through an internet connection right?
I think SoCal could be it's own state they're so different. Oh the smog is easy to cheat they just run their own car for the sniffer/tach etc.
Everytime I have been through Scottsdale I have seen people driving really nice cars. Lambo's, Ferraris, etc. Its definitely a nice town.
Yea, expensive/ exotic cars are pretty much the norm here, lol.
People who actually LIVE in Scottsdale are actually really nice for the most part.......HOWEVER, people who SAY they live in Scottsdale to anyone within ear shot DO NOT live here amd are the DOUCHE BAGS who give the town a bad name. :/

Yea i have heard it referred to Snobsdale a couple times. I have never met anyone in the area that was unpleasant though.
How's the rain is it all the time like people say or is it certain times of the year are worse than others?
Its not as bad as people say. That said Washington has lots of micro climates. Its really weird. I live in Port Hadlock (shit town) right now, and Port Townsend is maybe 15 minutes away. A few months ago we got about an inch of hail here in PH and it was sunny and beautiful in PT.
Winter can be kind of miserable and wet, but depending on where you live in WA the rest of the year will be really nice and the rain is usually just short little showers with out very many clouds or darkness. We have had some really nice weather up here lately.
I actually enjoy it, and the extra moisture means that it is always incredibly green and beautiful up here.
Cost of living is affordable, and it is really easy to find a place with a garage or large driveway you could put a car port over, unlike the Bay Area. Also unlike the Bay Area you most likely wont have a neighbor turning you in for environmental concerns when they see you working on your car in the driveway.
This is a picture I took last night at a friends place.

You know for the importance of this decision I'd probably recommend visiting some places... If you just scan airline prices you can move about for pretty inexpensive. Especially if you have family or friends places.

I live south of seattle in Tacoma. Wet in winter, but snow in the mountains and we have some of the best mountains in the country for skiin. Summer is only a few months long but when it gets hot everyone is out playing. Cool cars, motorcycles, beachs, bitches, and beer!
Yea but getting time and money to visit a few states can realistically take years with only about ten days off a year and trying to pay bills save money to move and have a little fun in between
That's why I figured I'd ask what places are like from other car enthusiast thought you'd give me some good insight on weather and activities
