Found something odd

I was cleaning out my interior the other day. I looked under my driver seat for any trash, then I noticed there was a wire under the seat. I found the other piece to it and connected them together. Anyone know what it is?

That's the James Bond ejector seat option, just be careful in left hand turns and don't turn on the AC with only the feet vents open.
