I would agree with you that this guy turning his subaru GL into an e30 is dumber then shit. If you would read any of the stanceworks thread, 100% of the people are telling him that this is indeed dumber then shit.

I hate his reasons way more than I hate the car. There's this disease that's plaguing the car scene, where people do shit just "to be unique". There's no thought given to... effectiveness. No real end goal or direction, just... oh I dunno, I want to be unique. Maybe I'll duct tape a wooden chair to the roof of the car, no one's done that yet. No, I'm not gonna sit in it, or put stuff there, it's just gonna be on my roof. It'll be cool, because people will look at it and think "Oh wow, look at that guy, he has a chair on the roof of his car. He's such a unique and quirky individual."
