I cracked the oil pan on my m42 car entering a car wash on a steep downhill incline, the rail hit the pan .it wasn't terrible tho small crack. JB welded it and drove to GFEST the next day .changed it out when the pan showed up.

Now 24 Valved . Scraped the pan a few times (Major road construction around my town) . Stiff suspension and paying attention to the road helps Alot .

um, no.....not even close. good price on what you have though.

if someone needs a pan. lkq is the place to go. may not always have what you need and you will have to remove it yourself but you can't beat 40 bucks.

Unmarked road construction got me tonight. Hairline crack on my Brother's M42 vert. Pull it and get it welded up by my friend.

Well this thread put the fear of god in me so I bought a skid plate, and raised up the coilovers for the 1700 mile trip I got coming up. Thanks r3v!

I guess I got my priorities good then, thats where I'm headed haha

But on a serious note, I'll go back down to the ground once I get home. There's no telling what the roads will bring, or how low my car will be riding with all my shit anyway!

Thanks for looking out for me bro though, those are words I'll try my best to live by

Now I have one of these and I destroy all my enemies in my path.

If I had one of those I would not clear anything haha! My beast has maybe 2-3mm clearance of a speed bump. I scrap everywhere. I need to buy an m30 pan asap, I got a feeling I am busting that one next xD
