it says there is some problem with the display leds but he is fixing it? i just can't help but wonder how one of these wound up in the baltics?

if you read through his entire ad, he sounds like an honest guy. i guess you get payment protection with ebay but this guy is in the ukraine and has only 8 feedbacks. this could be a recipe for "yikes!"
