I've noticed the smell of tobacco lingers far longer than cannabis

I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on what to do about this since I had to do it to my Cherokee.

Ozium is a good product that I used extensively.

However, it what you need to do is clean the air vents.

Also spray ozium down into the intake for the A/C. Should be those vents ahead of the windshield. That's where a lot of nasty gets caught. I pulled the entire ventilation system out of my Jeep and once I sprayed it down with a hose and got the shit out it was fine. I also changed out my seats, because no amount of cleaning could get the smell which had seeped into the foam.

I didn't change carpets, but did get new floormats. Did not change the headliner either.

It's a huge pain in the ass and if given the option I will never buy a smoked in vehicle again.

Ionizer. ozone generator. Wet vac carpet. Easiest and quite effective.

I did a bowl of vinegar for a couple of days while it wasn't driven in one of my Jeeps. Worked like a charm.

My friend got pulled over because he had too many air fresheners in the car. Ridiculous.

Going to hit a detail shop and buy an ionizer. If that doesnt do it then Ive got plenty of things to try. Thanks for the input everyone
