Anyone play 'Live for Speed'?

A friend put the controller in my hand and told me to play last night. It seemed very, very realistic (I was under the influence, so my view may be skewed). Minimum requirements are 1Ghz, so I haven't bothered trying to run it on my 800Mhz machine, but I suggest you guys give it a try.

I highly recommend you have an analog controller though - having one of those 'tilt to turn' controllers helped immensly, although the buttons were digital.

I played it with a momo force feedback wheel.. was pretty realistic. I haven't played it since an early beta though so I have no idea what it's like now. it ran fine on my dual 1.2ghz and Voodoo5 though. the physics were great but it only had one course and 2 cars..

P.S. I play with the keyboard and tear people up. I dont get why people say it sucks. :roll:

I play it a good bit. Its nice to have a game with an actual clutch in it, gives the game a much more realistic feel.

yeah but my pc is too shitty..... it lags on the lowest graphic settings and resolution and it closes itself when I click multiplayer games :roll:
