    at a crossroads-need some input

ive owned an 84 318i for 6 years.4 of those years were body work andengine rebuild(lost my license for 3 years)the body was done great-epoxy primer, ppg hennarot(red/orange)concept(clearcoat mixed in paint)ive bought bmp rs1front,rear bumpers and side skirts(not painted yet).i was thinkink of dumping another $1000 in a 2.5 worked into this car.
however i was recently practicly given a 1990 325i with 178000 for 900bucks that needs a paint job.and my other buddy wants the 318.question is should i keep the bmp kit or sell it to my buddy with the car?also what color should i paint the 325?ive never seen a red e30 idint like.ive always liked silver.the car is currently black.who has the best cams street wise-what #s should i run?thanx

Sell the BMP kit, let him suffer through trying to make it fit.

Paint your car either calypso or henna (reds), lachs or sterling (silvers), or DS.

For cams, either go to Schrick or Racetep. As for duration/lift, that all depends on what you want to do with the motor.
