How rare are Sahara beige e30's ???

I used to own this one when I was a kid about 8-9 years ago

I've been contemplating painting my current e30 this color, but when I look on Google for an idea of how it looks/inspiration etc I can only find one picture the rest are gazelle beige or are older bmw's I was told by a friend that works at a dealer that car was 1 of 3 in that color that came to the u.s. But I can't even find pics of euro cars in this color.

Pretty sure JGood's car was Saraha before the revolution. Though it was also a cute little pink colour at one point too, so I might be mistaken.

I've run across sahara in a car at the junk yard before, it was not impressive on an e30. I guess it looks more like a 2002 or e21 color.

LOL. Mine was Gazelle beige. Such a weird color, I'm glad it's gone. I put up with it for 11 years.

My dad is currently restoring a sahara beige coupe.I have to admit, it's worse looking worse than bronzit. ;)

He's going to stick with the colour though - I've never seen another sahara beige one on the road down here!
