I have a friend who had one of those. As it turns out the car was likely one of the few factory lightweight cars. This wasn't found out till the car was cut up and thrown away. It was a race car. The L28 made the front end way too heavy. I have pics somewhere.

Exige and TR6 are the best so far. Some of these are just bizarre. S14 turbo in an E92? M30 in a Cobra? Put all that money in building a beautiful Tipo 250 replica and then put in an M20? Strange choices.

that e92 and cobra make no sense.

You missed the turbo....I think that e92 would shit on the v8 version.
