    insurance database

Isn't there some new national insurance database that cops can check with your ID/tag and pull up all of the actual details of your insurance? I know in Georgia that supposedly makes it much less of a deal.

The good thing is that your cop told you how to get out of both. Sucks for teh hassle tho.

If there is, the cops here either don't have it, or don't use it.

Either way, it's my own fault, I should have had the current info in the car, in case of an accident. But now I know it's in my wallet, so it's all good.

The cool thing is that the motorcycle cops here all just switched from those biker looking Harley's to new BMW's.

Same here. They all ditched the old-ass Kawasakis in favor of new BMW 1200s.

Cop.."I'm talking about your front plate, can i see your license and registration please"
Me.. "No problem officer, i had noooo clue that the plate was illigal."
Cop.. "I'll be right back sir."
          Wait 5 mins..... 10 mins......
Cop.. "I'm issuing a ticket for that plate, remove it and return the orginal plate on the front"
Me.. "Thanks officer, have a good day officer.... (mumbling) Fuck You Officer"

I wouldn't run a Euro plate on the front if I was in a 2 plate state. you are just asking for trouble - especially if you are as young as most of you guys.

Yeah its just giving them an excuse to pull you over, but its a risk you take. Its not like most of our cars arent modded enough as it is for the cops not to already be giving you a look.

If you are going to run a front plate anyways why not make it legal though? A legal plate is no more ugly than a euro plate is.

But you have to live with idiots. And possibly pay a view tax ;-)

There are about 3 people here with that logic.
