I pushed mine in tight then JB weld the outside. You can roll the JB into a thick noodle then wrap it around the elbow connections...press the JB flat and you are done.Leave a comment:

Those elbows are press fit and they have splines cut into them. Over time with expansion and contraction the splines stop sealing correctly. I removed mine by wiggling back and forth to further diminish the splines (wear them down). Then I mixed some 2 part JB weld and coated the outside of the spline area. Pushed em back in and immediately adjust them to the proper angle. You get one chance at this as you do not want them to "set" in the wrong position.
Let dry over night ad they will be rock hard. Wipe off excess JB weld spooge if some comes out and do not put on excessive amounts that could find thier way into the tube like opening of the elbows inners.Leave a comment:

quick question about the washer fluid T connector:
when replacing it, do you replace or somehow reuse those funky little metal hose clamps?
I assume my T connector is clogged/fubar-ed cause I'm not getting washer fluid at the driver's side nozzle/sprayer, but it does spray @ the pass sideLeave a comment:
