E30 313... confused, come on in and find out

3 years to the day its been since I purchased the car and I have been hinting at it on here, well its finally here.

This is "VIDEO0154.mp4" by Rambosaurusrex on Vimeo, the home for high quality videos and the people who love them.

Sorry for jumping to conclusions with Roguetoaster.

I was so happy with the fact that the darn thing is running that I left witout a print out.
Now its just about find a little bit bigger turbo and injectors, as well as fine tuning everything with the car; Body work, suspension, wheels, tires, gauges, removing the old tank since we run off of a fuel cell and other odds and ends. one thing I really want to do is swap the oil pans for the 12A model since they are flat and will fit better with the steering rack. But its runs and is drivable, taged and titled ready to catch people on fire if they stand to close to the driver door

So, you put a rotary in your E30? Would've taken less time if you haden't spent the last 3 years presumably founding an S&M club.

So let's get this straight; My brother and I decided to do a swap in an E30 that you obviously don't like (your opinion no worries I respect that). We take a long time because A) we did it ourself, B) We aren't made of money, and finally C) We have personal issues that came up just like any other person. You decided to just put your hate out in a stupid and not very tactful way, thanks man I'm sure glad I could share this with you.

Yes we put a rotary in an E 30, will some of you like it... No and thats fine. I just figured that this would be something that some could enjoy. And if you feel like being a dick then GTFO, that's what Reddit is for.

If I took your comment to seriously then I am sorry, just kind is upsetting when you spend the time like wedid on ssomething only to have it mocked.

Maybe a more thorough post with a video recorded at minimum with the cellphone in the correct orientation. And, better than being an idiot and calling it an e30 m7 like the other thread. ;)

I like rotaries (closest thing to a 2 stroke car that isn't a SAAB), I like E30s, so I like what you have done. But I do fear for your pocketbook and mental stability combining the two.

Sorry you took it the way you did, but it's not mocking, it's a joke, surely you understand what I was talking about?

Well i guess you get rid of the timing belt issue every 60k but is doing the seals on the rotary every 80k any better? I think not.
I think your the first to do this in a e30 though!

It's been done before. I just wonder how many of them are still rolling with a 13/20b.
