My s14 has cams light head work exhaust an a chip and I raced my friends with his e30 m3 s52 and it was barely faster. The s14 doesn't feel as fast because it doesn't have torque and push you back in your seat like a s52 but there pretty quick with minor mods.

I think I need cams so I can get more out of my little air pump.

There's no doubt the s14 is capable...it's just going to cost more money to mod it especially these days.
