WTF?

Everytime I go to try and download this thing (doing the right click, save as...) I keep getting the Internet Explorer error prompt telling me...

"a connection with the server could not be established" and the downloading stops.

I can understand a server having issues now and then.....but every freakin' time I'm trying to download this file?!?!? Fuck it....guess I won't watch it :x
