I went by the shop about a month ago. It was one of the last days they were clearing it out. I spoke to him about his shop and the eyeball arms specifically. He told me that they were going to continue the manufacture of the eyeball arms and keep the online stuff going. However I think you have fair grounds for a refund/claim. He seemed like a nice guy to me and was more than helpful with my questions, but I've defiantly heard about his reputation.

Really appreciate the info guys. I had no idea they were closing up shop, it doesn't appear to be posted anywhere. I'm going to start a claim on Monday.Comment

I've also had some shady experiences with said business. IMO you should try to get your money back with the claim and get some BWSport FCAB bushings from Bimmerworld.Euro S50 Daily Driver: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=279195Comment

Yeah, get a refund and go with Bimmerworld's versions. I've been running them for about 5 years on my 325is without an issue. I've got another set on my M3 as well. They also sell replacement bushings for ~$15 iirc.1986 911 Supercharged Frakenstrat/Stripped

I had bought some orange ones a while back but sent them to e30fiend when he bought the stahl headers from me. They were cheap and probably the exact same thing. Will search for a link.sigpic

So I filed the claim the other day and today I get an email from PayPal with a new tracking number. Will update if/when they arrive. I'd honestly rather get my money back and go with the bimmerworld arms, but oh well.Comment
