I went by the shop about a month ago. It was one of the last days they were clearing it out. I spoke to him about his shop and the eyeball arms specifically. He told me that they were going to continue the manufacture of the eyeball arms and keep the online stuff going. However I think you have fair grounds for a refund/claim. He seemed like a nice guy to me and was more than helpful with my questions, but I've defiantly heard about his reputation.

Really appreciate the info guys. I had no idea they were closing up shop, it doesn't appear to be posted anywhere. I'm going to start a claim on Monday.

I've also had some shady experiences with said business. IMO you should try to get your money back with the claim and get some BWSport FCAB bushings from Bimmerworld.

Yeah, get a refund and go with Bimmerworld's versions. I've been running them for about 5 years on my 325is without an issue. I've got another set on my M3 as well. They also sell replacement bushings for ~$15 iirc.

I had bought some orange ones a while back but sent them to e30fiend when he bought the stahl headers from me. They were cheap and probably the exact same thing. Will search for a link.

it's a lump of cast steel (calling BS on the forged bit), I don't see alot of room for error

Oh the irony, its funny now because other people have mentioned the eBay lollipops before and all ofthe fanboys were chastizing them for not supporting treehouse.....

So I filed the claim the other day and today I get an email from PayPal with a new tracking number. Will update if/when they arrive. I'd honestly rather get my money back and go with the bimmerworld arms, but oh well.

So then from what I'm reading, the actual THR shop has closed down, but the online parts are still being manufactured and sold?

Just wondering, because I am a fanboy that wants the green THR Eyeball CABs
