The fact that I own it outright and know how to work on it. Being able to lap newer, so-called "better" cars at a track day is pretty gratifying too 8-)

For me its how it feels, and how it comes together as a package. I liked the Mitsu EVO until I sat in one and drove it..... its fast but dosen't give you the interior room of an e30, etc. I have loved every rear wheel drive car I've had, and had no use for the two front drivers. That, and I hated my two Fords, too. Love the Jeep Wrangler, the old Merc 300E, the e30s, e36, etc.

The only reason I look back is to make sure I didn't leave the lights on, or to see if any fluids are puking out of it.
