                Actually it's 30 seconds. And it completely resets the OBC. For the starter/horn trick to work you can't wire the horn to the ignition switch, or it's pointless. You have to wire the ignition switch to a DPST (dual pole single throw) switch somewhere that you know but isn't obvious. Then run one of the poles to the starter, the other to the horn.

                Lol the more and more I think about this, the better and better it sounds.
