It's rough on here, but hang in there and you'll get a lot of help. Don't be afraid to give it too. People here are pretty good sports.

Same with a 94 RX-7 with a blown motor. I really should research prior to buying, but haven't learned my lesson yet.
Stop driving cars without oil in them.

The chassis code you're looking for is e36.

But if it did exist, it would be a e36.

Just ignore them op, they'll get bored.

Just ignore these fools. They tend to act out o the new fellas.

The only big issues are the tbelt on m20 cars, and if you let the blinker fluid get low on m42 cars, the Vtec will kick in and blow the welds on the intake.

every time I get done driving my e30, I have a raging hard-on. I guess that could be a known problem.

I'm guessing IMS bearing? The problem with your initial post is that it comes off as "I haven't tried doing any research on my own, please tell me if there are any issues."

There's nothing catastrophic like an your Boxster, just typical old car idiosyncrasies and maintenance. As mentioned, the timing belt is a consumable that will really ruin your day if left to fail, but that's just cars 101.

Typically the biggest problem with an E30 is its owner.

                                The floor creaks,
                                The roof leaks,
                                There’s a terrible draft.
