What it screams now is, I have a low level used car lot and I need something to fit my golf clubs in and try to impress people by telling them I have a BMW.Leave a comment:

After further analysis, I'm not sure it's really worth it either. What are your opinions, gentlemen?

You can bring it to Maine, they don't title cars that are older than 15 years. :D Ask me how I know...Leave a comment:

Cool! A dead horse! My turn.
Title it in one of those states that'll title anything (NH?, WV?), then use that title to register as Historic in MD. MD allows historic tags at 20 yrs. Paperwork only, they never look at the vehicle.
That said, yeah, it's not worth it.Leave a comment:

That was what it screamed when new in Germany in 1993.
This thing is so clean and unique that I'd buy it any day for that price if I could get a plate on it. That'd be an awesome daily driver. The M30 paired to a slush box is fine if you're stuck in DC traffic.
I love this for the mystery that it represents. I'm extremely curious about its story. Why such low miles? How did it end up in Maryland? Why? How did it become a forgotten "survivor". This car is like the somewhat cute (but not too cute) girl at school that you have a crush on because she has an awesome sense of humor, interesting things to say, a visible love of life, and a "don't give a fuck" attitude.
