      A lot of those were the new "small overlap" test. Most of those vehicles were not designed to have special reinforcement for that type of test. All you have is empty space there and there is no frame reinforcement.

          I'm pretty sure I've never driven a jiangling landwind.

          The VW bus and Holden were pretty terrible though!

              the VW Bus Ive seen before. Its scary, but that is a fully loaded shell so you have a ton of weight also pushing the car deeper into wall. Also LOL at the "03" golf and "05" beetle
