I was foolish and traded in my first e30 as a down payment for a new '99 Integra gsr. Karma hit me. The Integra got stolen and was totally stripped down.

I think about unloading mine lately, though unsure. I've been through 30+ cars and only miss a couple. My '91 MR2 Turbo and my '92 TT Stealth.

What makes you think someone that sold their E30 and moved on to something else would still visit this forum to discuss E30?

I stuck around after selling my black one and even became an admin during that time. There are many on here that don't have one but still come on here to visit and discuss things.

only my m3, my mtech2 and my first eta. the rest of the e30s i dont regret selling.

My m3 was 20k burring a whole in my pocket. terrible decision to sell.
If i had kept my first eta and not wasted 30k on my 4dr and 20k on my mtech2 and 8k on my 325is i would be a rich man. should have kept it and drove it into the ground.

I've had 2. Traded my sedan for a coupe with a oil starved motor, and swapped a 5.0 into it. Honestly I miss the m20 sedan more than the v8 one.

Yup. No E30 here, but I will have one again.

About 3-4 months after buying a project 02, I offered to sell my E30 to a friend. He has 4 BMWs and 3 Porsches. So I knew it would have a good home.

He agreed to pay the asking price. In the days that followed (prior to cash in hand) I began to regret selling it. Seller's remorse. Kept saying to myself, "You don't need 3 BMWs. You have to pay for storage. Its for the better."

Day of transaction came. We sat down and began. He said, "OK , sure you want to sell it?" I replied, "I guess." From there we both decided my E30 should stay with me! One of my best decisions in life.

                    Not ever selling!

Now that I firmly have the E30 bug, I doubt I'd ever willingly sell it.

My friend who sold me my car regrets it badly but it's out of his control because of his parents rules. It sucks because I will fix something and tell him about it because he's the only kid in school who really loves car and he's like dude I can't hear about that car, I have to let it leave my life, or else I will go insane day dreaming about it.:-(

I still have dreams where I go home to visit my parents and my 1993 Saab 9000 is there in the driveway, with my father keeping it going and I'm glad to have a fun little car I bought for $500 with 2 year out of date registration and fixed up and if it gets scratched no one cares. Would I have recurring dreams about my bmw? I'm not sure, but I do know that if I sold it and bought another car I'd have to go through fixing every little thing again, so it's less of a headache to keep it.

There are people who totally regret selling their cars and I wish I had that feeling about mine, but whatever. Learn to love it. Maybe I'll fall back in love when it's spring time

I don't have an e30 anymore, but I'll always have a thing for them. I drop by mostly to look at what's for sale, check out people's projects, and talk in off-topic lol.

I'll buy a convertible one some day.

Let's see...my left ankle is bad and in about five years I won't be able to shift the gears anymore so I'll be selling mine. Regrets...you betcha.

                                Terribly.
