So my insurance called the other party on Tuesday, My agent asked the girl what happened and she tried to say I pulled out in front of her. My agent then said," oh really, because we have video evidence and it looks like your story is different than what we can see"

insurance companies are all about screwing people over for money. Lots of them actually employ people to screw their own customers out of money. Def fight for the value of your car. Get a police report like others have said. Threaten to sue for fraud if they don't value your car correctly. Everyone knows our cars aren't worth 1500.
