          Be careful when you talk to her!

          She might not be aware of the fact that prices have started to rise. If she finds out that they are worth a lot more now and are climbing quickly in value she might not sell. Definitely see what she wants for it before making any offers or it could get tricky.
          Drive it hard. Maintain it well.

                Buy it. Right meow. Just have her give the starting number not you and don't act over eager if its too low. BUY IT. Sell your significant other and live in a room on craigslist. Just buy it.

                    This car should have been purchased within the week she stated yes. You have an edge most kill for & like others stated. Have her open the price & if it's anything in the 10-20K range just take it and go.

                      You'd make out like a bandit if you paid $20k for that car. Go get financing, sell a kidney, beg the parentals, etc. Let us know how it works out.
