In other news red Bull is already threatening to quit again. What a bunch of sniveling bitches. Man does is look like Alonso left at just the wrong time, McLaren have got a long ways to go. Me thinks Alonso just didn't want to travel all the way to OZ to come away with a dnf

You have to remember that McLaren came out after the race stating that they approached it as a test session for them. I'm sure they told Alonso that before heading down there so it made more sense for him to stay back home and get 100% ready for the next race.

Watched the abridged race on TSN late this morning. When I woke up I checked hasmaldonadocrashedtoday.com and lol'd. Obviously not really his fault, but out of context it was gold.

Mercedes is powering half the cars on the track, but only the Petronas cars were in front. First race is always a shake down, 11cars finished, seems like Alotta teams have their work cut out for them.
