There are virtually no performance gains from adding an exhaust to most M20s.

the only room for gain in the exhaust portion is from the head to the cat. catbacks are worthless for stock m20s, besides sound

Catless 2.5 straight pipe from some supersprint headers to a remus muffler sounds really nice (almost too loud, but a good sound though). Not alot of gain, but a little.
