    what is this chinese metal

wtf so my spark plug control unit bracket just ripped a big hole through my wheel arch

    Da fuck

so I guess its time to shave the bay this summer, I hope this doesn't affect the strength of the chases or get bigger in the next few months

bitching aside does this happen a lot or is there invisible rust all over my car?

and I made sure to take half ass pictures

I have the same problem. I think it is something to do with the coil. Maybe off balance and bouncing around causing metal fatigue. The only way I see to fix it is to grind off the under coating and weld it up from the wheel side.

                Not uncommon.
strip back undercoating, weld back on, prime, seal, undercoat.

Coil-on-plug conversion. It's your only option.

24V motors have COP, just motor swap.
