How about you sit in timeout for the weekend and come back if/when you can have a discussion without resorting to name calling.

1. Running a photoshop filter "artistic cutout" to give the photo a vectorized look looks terrible and doesn't mean these photos are suddenly a design. If you aren't going to put in the minimum effort to actually vectorize, you can't argue you've done shit to change the photo. You've barely distorted them. Sure, they'll likely be a little more distorted since I bet you don't have high enough resolution "designs" to actually print well on a shirt, but that doesn't even matter.
2. They aren't your photos, therefore I'd help alert the proper owners long before you were to sell the shirts. Where did you find the E46 by the way? I recognize all of the cars, but that one in particular reminds me of a recent photo.
3. You're attitude shows you aren't out to help the community and offer anything unique, you're looking for a few quick bucks. Plus, your "design" isn't even original, the free market shows much better options for something similar. But you won't get that far.

Sounds like what I'm doing...
"Oh what are you criticizing or commenting on?"
It clearly says on the title "thoughts?" Meaning, what are your comments or criticism about the design itself.
"Fair use doctrine does not apply of you are tying to make profit"
"Seems to me you're just trying to make money"
First, stop assuming. Two, Don't see a link to a selling thread of any kind.
Unethical behavior is not illegal.
Moral of the story is quoting irrelevant cases that have nothing to do with what I did is just ignorant plus I haven't broken the law yet.
It's like a rapper making a song with a sample and showing people and the people bitching about the song having a sample before he even tries to do anything with the song.
"When somebody talks in circles and you follow the words, it is you who gets dizzy."
With that said I'm done talking to your ignorant (by every sense of the word) ass.
P.S.
I'm a graphic design mayor and took full semester classes on copyright and law alone.
