    Imports at Carlisle '15

Well another car show has come and gone. Instead of posting pictures in the Mid Atlantic section I thought Id put them here for everyone to check out. Lots of variety at Carlisle but most things are kept more on the stock side, no crazy camber here. Anyways I tried to take pictures of a bunch of the BMWs and then a few cars from the rest of the show. Hopefully I got some of our members in these pictures... Enjoy.

That NSX looks like pure NSex.

I can't get enough of pop up headlamps! Same with that 8er.

            My pleasure

The yellow car, I have no clue what it is. The show's full title is Import and Kit Car Nationals so my guess that it would be some type of non-mainstream kit car.

I think it's a kit car. Saw the same car in Cannonball Run 2 earlier today.

Edit: Looks like it's got quite a few names http://www.sterlingsportscars.com/. I've also seen it called a Purvis Eureka. Might be modeled off a 1 of 1 Holden Hurricane

Yep, that's my ride there again. The white 6er is one of my dad's. His e30 convertible wasn't finished yet so it didn't make it. Thanks for sharing. Would have been nice to meet some of you guys but I didn't spend much time there or by my car for that matter.

That's my dad's 6. One of 3 he has right now. That is actually a DTM fiberwerks AC Schnizter replica kit with many many hours of fitting. That car was a 1500 dollar purchase that took him a year to restore. '83 633csi 5 speed. He will be working on restoring a '79 German import 633 5 speed here soon.

How was the swap meet there?

swap meet wasn't bad. I scored big time from a guy who was trying to just unload his parts. I got rear premium speakers with grills, trunk battery cover, and trunk carpet in great shape, for a grand total of $7. I had a screaming toddler with me, so I couldn't go through and see what else he had.

Swap meet is small. Not like the usual Carlisle ones for the other shows. I only saw one guy selling E30 parts but if you have an old MG or Triumph youd be happy with the turn out.
