Tom's car was a euro car, we're talking US.

It's on the sticker inside the driver's side door jam.

04/86, the worst year and month to own an e30.

(When they switched over to a newer electrical harness, diff, cluster, 3spd/4spd blower motor, etc)

the 04/86 had some of the new and some of the old, and some of it was rather hacked together.

i think i have one of the oldest 6pot e30s... 10/85 325es but my car has the new harness/diff/blower... not sure about the cluster but it is a motometer(i didnt know there was a new old difference just motometer/vdo)

what else should i look to see if i got the older version???

when i bout the car in dec of 85 the sales guy said that it was the first es sold in NewEngland... i doubt the truth of that though

How would that be one of the oldest? The 325e was available in 84.
