that sounds like some "the customer is always right" BS that i don't believe in. period. i return the same level of courtesy and professionalism that i receive from my customers; i.e. if you're cool on the phone, you'll get top notch service and if you're a dick, you might get a few "uh huh"s followed by me hanging up the phone. anyone who says otherwise is either emotionally dead inside, in a position where their bosses force them to put up with such BS or a robot.
