I think 0032 means that it's a 325is. BMW NA code for the manual 325is was ##32 where ## is model year. Your car's BMW NA model code would be 8732. If you got access to the dealer, I can throw some VINs at you to figure out exactly what those codes mean using deduction method.
I dont have direct access, but a very kind member here ran the report for me (he works at a dealer).

I wont sign him up to run VIN's, I think that is something he would need to offer :).

However, what I have learned is that ANY dealer can run you the "Warranty Vehicle Inquiry" which will provide you all the details of your vin.

I have sent off an email to BMW Germany to see if they can provide me more details or maybe a comprehensive options list.

Where in the GTA are you from? Downtown TO? I live in Port Credit.

^^^ apparently this means that the car was ordered with extra wrap to protect during transportation to the dealer

    0904 SPECIAL

    0281 16" CHROME WHLS ROUND

What does 0032, 0904 reference? What 16" wheels is 0281 referencing?
941 - On modern BMWs it means external retrofitting. For example, a BMW Service car would have this option. On older BMWs it means a special request. I'm not 100% certain about this option, but I'm 99% sure it has nothing to do with extra coating. Where did you see this option? Is it on the buildsheet that you got under the seat or on the buildsheet that you can get online?

904 - Again, this is an internal code which are hard to verify since they are not used in sales documents. I believe 904 means that the car is intended for government tests and compliance checks.

0281 - If this is for E30, then it means, Light-alloy wheels, Style 5, 6.5Jx14 with 195/65 tires

Cosmoline is great, not sure why anyone would want to remove it, its rust proofing on steroids.

I wonder what the number is for the triple layer... I think that's what I got. Must have spent 30 hours removing that from my engine bay
