I have all the stuff Cabriolet described done to my 4-door 325I and I considered putting an "iS" badge on it (since they're effectively the same at that point and it would really tweak the ultra-purists), but I ultimately liked the look more without a badge at all and left it like your car is now.

If you don't want to be lame then don't even question yourself.
If there's a risk of lame-itude then then stop right there and avoid the lame.
If you made your car into an 325is that's for you, not for people behind you reading your trunk. Just de-badge it.
