Haha, I would just complete my never currently going to be finished (now 2) e30s. The fun is in the act of the build. That is why I just laugh at all the m3 lovers, they might as well just all own air cooled Porsches and meet up only on sunny days in grassy places, that's about all the action those will ever see anymore, e30 m3s are just glorified stamp collections.
Have cake and eat it too. I want to finish my 1.5 decade OEM+ build with my boys when they get old enough and I want to build a stupidly different second e30 just because and throw all logic out the window..
How about an original DTM car? Not a rep, but actual car. Who cares if it would be terrible drivability if you wanted to take it out for a cruise or car show. This is a dream right?
I don't know if its my "dream" e30 but its definitely one that I really want, but will probably never build.
-Early Model Coupe
-Calypso Red
-Shinny Chrome Euro Bumpers
-M tech 1 kit
-16" Alpinas
-Natur Sport Evo Interior
-M106 Engine Swap
-All while riding on Ground Control and AKG Bushings
What I have now, with good paint, zero rust and an engine of similar weight to an M20 but with more displacement, such as a turbo 60 degree V6, or even a turbo M20 of 2.8L+. I can't go with the heavier engines that are common in this thread, because an E30 is a small, light car, and I would want to retain that light weight and balance. Add to that big brakes, wider tires, alpina wheels, and a tight, low ratio LSD.
