^just some suspension mods urethane cabs/fsms/rsms/springs/shocks and basic stuff like stereo, SSk+knob, simple brake upgrade, stock sport muffler, wheels. some lightening and tints. thats about it. saving the big stuff for later. No point in trying to mod an m10 with bolt on's

Thanks for the comments I knew you guys would get a laugh. that spider story is sad but hillarious. As for repairs we'll see if I have to pay a deductible on the other guys damage.

If i dont have to pay much i will start pulling the front end off and start working on the motor/turbo/fmic and headlights before I put on the new body parts. I would like to go all handlaid fiberglass (hood fenders and bumper) making a mold out of my buddy's EVOII front clip kinda like the avedo front clip.

If its too much money, I'll leave it for now and try to find a cheap 325i by winter. (either way im keeping my car, as it is my first car i feel the need to turn it into an absolute beast)

One last thing- BIG props to BMW, if you saw the other car you would think a truck hit it (mind you i was going 5-10mph). This thing has been to hell and back and is still a champ. I guess they just arent built like they used to be.

sucks bout your car dude i crashed mine last monday into an old lady with a benz... my car got all the damage she only had a few chips in the paint ..... as long as youre safe and you go about it the right way with the insurance and such...kuz karma is a hell of a thing

Camel spiders are real maybe the stories about them aren't, but they exist. I've seen one with my own eyes in Arizona. Scared the shit out of me, was helping a friend move his old rusted Mustang in his backyard, ran from underneath.

Sorry to hear that you smashed your ride ....funny but it still sucks for you .
I once had a wasp fly into my car and was buzzing around me and it caused me to drive into someones front yard and I took out their ft fence and lightly struck asmall tree along the way .
Good thing I was in a Volvo . :D

Oh and you might want to rethink keeping your car as a auto-x car and getting a 325 as a daily .
Should be the other way around ....you will be hating life tooling around the couse in an M10 .

So, you put a rose bush in the front seat of your car. They are rather large, prickly plants in case you didnt know yet. I hope your back seat was already full and couldn't put anything else back there :) Yeah...ha

^yeah i thought of that- it just wasnt the right size. hindsight is 20/20 though. It seemed fine, it only would have ended in scratches if the f*cking limb didnt jamb up through the steering wheel.

Detlanta- Second day i had my car (20hrs after purchase) I was parked at the local corner store when a guy in a Ford Excessive...i mean Excursion back all the way across the lot and didnt stop until my car prevented any more movement (even though i honked several times)
Then about three months after i got the body fixed my mom woke me up saying that she backed into me, she nearly ripped off a sideskirt and dented the rear fender,
Then two months later someone hit and ran on my rear quarter panel at work
and while i was in vegas someone shot out one of my windows (two weeks after having it tinted)
and now i got bushwacked... tis life. tough car though, its been through 3 first time drivers and is still running strong. Thats why i feel it disserves to be overhauled.
Someday it will run sub 13's, brake from 60 in under 120ft, hit 1+g's, look good, sound good, and be somewhat comfy. thats my bimmer dream
oh and make panty soup on the daily! of course!
