    I want to know how to max my power before I turbo or buy a new engine.

    Go to engine upgrades and buy all of the best stuff. Then aspiration conversion and add a single turbo. Next buy race suspension and make it go as low as possible. Lastly put as much camber as you can. Congratulations you now have all the horsepowers and maximum yolo swag. Fin.

        Cut springs help greatly for suspension, so focus on that. Next, put an eBay cold air intake on there. Look up budgetbeater, he outlined everything you need to know to make your car hella tite.
